Whale's Song

When the setting sun spilled the red
across the blue sea of the sky,
I took the leap
from the deep
to peep,
and wave good bye.

The joyous game, thirst for air,
make me dare to be a part,
of the sight divinely rare
for my heart a lullaby.

A man aboard stole a glance
as my royal tail was diving down,
in a trance, unaware
of the grin
our common soul
began within
a perfect cosmic dance.
